Last updated: 7 September 2026. These Terms & Conditions set out the general terms for using the Pyramid Recovery Services website and requesting our services.
1. About Our Services
Pyramid Recovery Services provides breakdown recovery, car and van recovery, accident recovery, vehicle transport, trailer transport, car transport and recovery, jump starts, flat battery assistance, mobile tyre fitting and roadside assistance. Service availability depends on vehicle type, location, road conditions, equipment and operational capacity.
2. Booking and Quotations
A quotation or estimated price is based on the information available at the time. The final price may change if the actual vehicle condition, location, access, distance, waiting time, loading requirements or requested service differs from the original information. A booking is confirmed only when we accept the request.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the vehicle, location, destination and service required.
- Tell us about known safety issues, damage, modifications or access restrictions.
- Keep personal belongings secure; unless specifically agreed, personal items remain the customer's responsibility.
- Follow reasonable instructions from our recovery operator and provide safe access to the vehicle.
4. Recovery and Transport
We will use suitable equipment and reasonable care when loading, securing and transporting a vehicle. Recovery may be delayed or declined where conditions are unsafe, access is unsuitable, the vehicle cannot be safely loaded with available equipment, or legal or road restrictions prevent the requested service.
5. Accident-Damaged and Non-Running Vehicles
Accident-damaged and non-running vehicles may require additional equipment, time or specialist handling. Customers should disclose known damage and ensure any required authority, insurer or owner permissions are in place before recovery where applicable.
6. Mobile Tyre Fitting and Jump Starts
Mobile tyre fitting and jump-start assistance are provided subject to suitable roadside conditions and equipment availability. A jump start does not guarantee that a battery or vehicle fault is permanently fixed. Tyres must be suitable for the vehicle and legally usable; additional parts or replacement tyres may incur additional charges.
7. Small Trailer Transport
Trailer transport is subject to the trailer's size, weight, condition, legal requirements and the suitability of our equipment. Customers must provide accurate trailer details before collection. We may refuse a movement where it is unsafe or unsuitable for our equipment.
8. Payments and Cancellation
Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated when a service is booked or completed. If you need to cancel or change a booking, contact us as soon as possible. Any charges for work already carried out, waiting time, attendance or other agreed costs may remain payable.
9. Liability
We take reasonable care when providing services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable UK law. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer, pre-existing vehicle defects, unsafe access, delays outside our reasonable control, or personal belongings left in a vehicle.
10. Website Information
We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but service areas, availability, pricing and descriptions may change. Website content is provided for general information and does not create a service contract until a booking is accepted.
11. Contact

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, website or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.
